The floodwall murals are gorgeous, in addition to being extremely informative. Many have special touches, like the little boy standing looking at the mural. The subjects are all historical in some form, many taken from old photos. Enjoyable walk, first rate art.

It was so very hot that day and it was the last stop before headed back to our cabin but I very much enjoyed driving very slowly by the murals. The have information about each mural which was quite cool as well.

What a great idea to take boring concrete flood walls and paint beautiful historical murals on them! And the have shaded seating on the river side to sit and enjoy the river and the barges go by. Such a beautiful place!

I loved seeing the different flood murals. It wasn't a must on our to do list but I am really glad we saw them. There are a lot to see and a lot of history that goes with them.

Take your time, early in the morning. Read all the narratives. Very beautiful murals. The train is really cool too. Very peaceful and quiet there in the early morning.

These are magnificent if you are in Paducah/Mccracken County you should make it a point to go to the downtown area. Lots of things to see and do. Market House Theater, the River Museum, the Carson Center, shopping -mostly antiques - several nice restaurants and the murals on the flood wall! Take a horse and carriage ride while there!
