We were in Paducah to see a show at the incredible Carson Center and took some time to review the awesome murals on the flood walls here. First, it's a great way to add color and life to what could be a dreary flood wall,...More

Amazing to think that the water can rise this high! Many other attractions in the area that are all walkable, such as the National Quilt Museum and the Paducah Distillery.

This provides a look into the past. It's entertaining and people can take the kids and look back. In some of the pictures you can look at buildings behind you and see they are still standing.

Murals were viewed from the car this day. We drove through the wall to see the rivers. The murals tell the story of Paducah. I am sure on a pretty day this riverfront may be busy.

We loved learning about the history of Paducah through the beauty of the floodwalls. We learned things about Paducah that we would not have otherwise known and the artwork on the murals is beautiful.

It was nice to walk along the river and see a visual history of Paducah. It's nice to see a good use of what could be industrial looking walls protecting the city from potential flooding from the river. Definitely makes the waterfront a nicer looking...More
