Wonderful aquarium in Newport Levee area which is surrounded by stores, movie, and restaurants. If it looks like rain take an umbrella because if the line is long you are not under the tent entrance. They have some different kinds of fish and other aquatic animals. Couple areas you walk under a glass enclosure and sharks etc. swim overhead. General... More

The aquarium is just the right size for little kids. Lots to see, but not overwhelming. Very enjoyable experience.

We paid for the extra penguin show, my kids are still speaking penguin and while expensive after being at King's Island they are only talking about the aquarium. Very educational, the whole family really enjoyed and said we would definitely go back.

Went to aquarium, first time in several years, to see the sea dragons/horses exhibit. The aquarium was not crowed during the week and that was nice. The layout makes it easy to move from exhibit to exhibit. The jellyfish exhibit was undergoing renovation so many species were not on display. We enjoyed the sea horse/dragon exhibit but there could have... More

We have been to many aquariums and this one is right on par with the best that we have been to. The exhibits are very well done and you can tell that the fish, reptiles and birds are very well cared for. Highly recommend.

This place is fantastic! So many types of fish, Sharks, star fish, sea horses, alligators, etc. Very family friendly. You are able to even pet some of them. Their gift shop is huge and they have a very nice cafe too.

We loved loved loved this aquarium. It's in such a beautiful location. They had many species of sharks and that's my sons favorite!!! We especially loved the shark petting area. Very well done!

This Aquatic masterpiece is something everyone can enjoy, from the youngest to the oldest! There is plenty of marine life to keep you mesmerized for 5-10 minutes ( some maybe even longer) per exhibit. Make sure you bring your patience with you however, because there will be people who will linger at exhibits longer than necessary!! The traffic throughout the... More

I have loved wildlife, and aquariums since I was a little boy going to the Cincinnati Zoo. Going into their aquarium section was always a highlight. But now the Newport Aquarium is first on my list. There is so much to see here and you can get close up and personal. Touching pools and swimming sharks are just the start.... More
