Disappointed to have made the drive. Saw in previous reviews that the Visitor Center isn't open Mondays -- but it's not open Tuesdays either. Wish Trip Advisor would update.

Mill Springs is a fascinating battle and the museum does it justice. The movie is good at explaining the fight. The best parts are the gentle rolling terrain and the Confederate cemetery.

My husband and I visited this museum while staying at a local campground. The museum was very educational and we enjoyed reading and seeing items that may have been used in the local battle. I recommend this museum to adults and children.
