Equus Run is a treat for the soul. A small winery located by a creek that is always pleasing to the senses. A free range walking tour that allows you to go among the grape vines and a special section of grapes hat you can pick. A picturesque location between Midway and Georgetown and a step off place to other... More

Have been visiting Equus Run for several years now. Always enjoy my visits because of the employees and the other visitors. Very friendly atmosphere. I enjoy their dry reds.

Been visiting Equus Run for several years and our latest visit was the best yet. In the past, the tasting room was not very efficient...usually understaffed and, in some instances, undertrained. This visit we were met by Casey, Rebecca and Hannah. What a pleasure! They ran the tasting room efficiently, provided any and all infomation on the wines available and... More

We love this place, we have been wine club members since January and love our visits. The people are so friendly, and so is the cat!

Visited for the first time on Sunday July 10th and the service was horrible. Tasting room probably had at least 20 people at the counter and only 2 employees. One employee said she was new. The cash register or credit card machine was taking forever and a lady in our group was double charged. The stress showed on the employees... More

Let's see, 90+ degrees, no shade to be found, and a wedding ceremony. Can this venue really not afford to throw up a tent or some kind of block for the sun? The microphones didn't sound very good, there was a delay getting the music to start for the bride to walk down...meanwhile everyone is roasting in the blazing sun.... More

Spent several hours at the winery, and have to say it was awesome! The beauty of the place, the kindness of the staff and the taste of the wine! Perfection!

We had our first visit to this Equus Winery and loved it! The wine was exceptional, the grounds are beautiful and peaceful. It was great to go to a place where the employees enjoy what they are doing! Casey was extremely helpful and a very nice person! Thank you! We look forward to coming back when we have more time... I'm not a fan of Rose's but their Cab Blanc de Noir is delicious! It's a refreshing dry rose perfect for the summer. I also really liked the reserve merlot.

My husband and I arrived and proceeded to the tasting room. We were greeted by their personable staff and friendly smiles. As we started tasting...the hostess explained to us about the Vineyard. They let us know that we could take a bottle of wine and enjoy the property, we could go sit by the beautiful creek, in the botanical type... More
