We had been wanting to make it to this place for a while and finally got there this trip to Kentucky and I have to say it didn't disappoint. Lots of high quality displays, neat stuff for those of us who grew up watching him and even some neat stuff that wasn't related to him. Learned stuff I didn't know... More

The museum is a memorial to Muhammed Ali, timely with his recent death. It gives a glimpse into his life and drive, against the tapestry of US history and social change in the 60's and 70's. I am no boxing fan and skipped the chance to watch his matches but learned a lot. A temporary exhibit in "Race" was also... More

I went with my 18 year old son who is a boxing fan and although I am not into boxing myself its more about the man than the sport. Its well laid out and gives an insight into Ali and his journey through life, very poignant and sad at times but also inspiring. Excellent visual displays all the way through.... More

You start off viewing a movie, then look at his life in history. His youth, his dream, his boxing career, his draft evasion, his loss of title, his return, his retirement, and all along the way - his desire to give back, and compassion for others...

This has got to be one of the most amazing museums that I've ever visited. The art and exhibits are beautiful. And the staff was equally amazing. It was well worth the $10 admission fee. It was a once in a lifetime experience.

Very inspiring and educational. The movie was a great look into his life. The hands on exhibits were good something I had never seen before.

Very well done venue and a "must see" for any Ali fan. Goes through his entire career from beginning to end with many displays , artifacts and videos. A very inspiring exhibit on racial issues. Many video footage clips of some of his major fights. You could spend all day just sitting and watching all his fights.

Saying Informative and interesting is not enough. We spent over 3 hours watching videos, news documentaries, interviews and more. The museum is... More
