Freedom Hall houses everything from the State Fair to horse shows to Car show, flea markets, concerts, you name it. Always something happening here.

The building is old and some of the seats are uncomfortable and they keep it cold. However, it is perfect for our show horses . There is nothing like going down the tunnel to the green shavings.

So much history but was always ruined by the fair board(UK fans). So glad UofL has the YUM center. Place is old and is showing its age.

We attended the NASP National Archery Tournament. This is a very large complex but is well maintained. Very well organized.

It depends on attendance and your arrival time. If you come early naturally you can park closer to building. The closest would be approximately 100 yards. The farerest would be approximately 1/4 mile. Also this is subject to... More
