Book Joan as your bourbon tour guide. She has lived in Louisville her entire life, and made the town, it's history, and the whole bourbon experience come alive. Best tour I've taken anywhere, in any genre.

My wife and I wanted to do something special for our 23rd wedding anniversary. We both have a love for bourbon so we knew we wanted to tour the bourbon country in Kentucky. We didn’t want to be part of a large group, so I...More

We enjoyed a Saturday bourbon tour: Makers, Heaven Hill, and Barton's 1792. The downside to these tours is there is so much driving - which is why you (a) don't want to drive yourself and (b) need a good guide. Ron G was a great...More

We took a bourbon tour with them and it was great. It was wonderful to have someone else drive you around and get you in distilleries so you don’t have to worry about the details.

We had a great time! Our tour guide Phil was very funny and was a wealth of information! Big John, our driver was great too! Phil’s recommendations for restaurants proved to be wonderful! Would recommend Mint Julep Tours and ask for Phil and Big John.😊

Putting on my opinion sombrero here, but this tour made our weekend in Louisville. Phil was our guide and was an absolute blast. Knowledgeable about all things burbon and had us laughing all day (ask him about “summer teeth”). Would recommend for anyone interested in...More

It depends which day you choose to go. We went on a Fri, so we started at Maker’s Mark (which is the furthest out) and worked our way back to Louisville stopping at Jim Beam and 1792. However, we made 2 bonus stops - at... More

Yes, and the lunch was at a golf course. We had our choice of food but almost everyone chose the “Hot Brown” which was delicious. Alcoholic drinks were not included at lunch. All distillery admissions were included and I... More

Thanks for helping, everyone! That tour should have you back at the Galt House at 5:30 p.m. Saturday unless we see a rare traffic issue. If you have any other questions, feel free to call us at 502-583-1433.
