About City Taste Tours
This is not your typical boring tour. Hop on our completely wacky bus for a 3 1/2-hour historical tour of Louisville. All along the way sippin’ bourbon, local wine, beers and tastin’ local food. From the comfort of your seat on this crazy tour, you’ll cruise through the country’s largest display of Victorian mansions as you head to your stop at historic Churchill Downs. The "Everything You Should See, Know & Taste While You're in Louisville" tour is offered both morning and afternoon and is a fun combination of sightseeing, tasting, history and stories of Louisville and numerous stops into different neighborhoods, well known landmarks and quaint local Mom & Pops. It will provide you with a great overview of the city including little tastes of foods and drinks unique to Louisville; Benedictine, Derby Pie, a fun twist on the Hot Brown, Mint Julep, Honey Bourbon and even more tasty surprises. We strive hard to give our guests a real overall "taste" of the city and a very fun time!

We were celebrating our son’s 21st birthday my husband daughter son and his girlfriend went on this tour and we had so much fun the ladies were amazing. It was fun for all ages, of course over the age of 21, great memories. We forgot something on the bus and they track us down in NuLu to return it. Great customer service.

We loved having your family on the bus to share your son's 21st birthday with us! Looks like our goal of making people happy and leaving our great city with fun memories was achieved. Happy to 'track you down' and return your item, no problem. Hope you arrived home safely.

We have never had such a laugh-out-loud food tour experience that taught us all about the city, gave us all the delicious food and booze we wanted, and had such personable tour guides. We can't say enough great things about City Taste Tours. Darlene and Leslie were phenomenal-just the right mix of fun and facts with all the major hot spots-Churchill Downs, University of Louisville, Brown Hotel, Slugger & 21C Museum Hotel, Glassworks, Victorian Mansions & Ghost Stories. For food-EVERYTHING Louisville, including KY Benedictine sandwiches, boozy donuts & sausage, #1 Louisville appetizer chili wontons & fried artichokes, Hot Brown Pizza, & Derby Pie. For booze-incredible! We must have had at least 12 different kinds from a number of bourbon and bourbon infused drinks, wine and beer, mint juleps, bloody marys, ghost drinks, peach tea, and more. Just enough of each to taste and no pressure if we didn't want to do so. We can't say enough good things. If you do one thing in Louisville, do this food tour because you will have then done it all! Bonus-they can pick you up at your hotel.

Great day out! We learned a lot about Louisville and had fun with food and drink along the way. Plenty of local good food and drinks were flowing. You really get to see all of the highlights of Louisville in a fun and inactive way - the hosts are the most fun and always happy to answer questions. Would completely recommend this tour.
