This is a very large park that has something for everyone. It has an 18 hole golf course, a huge playground with a small splash park, a frisbee gold course, and hiking, running....on and on and on.

I've been to this venue three separate times and I'll gladly drive the the two and half hours it takes for me to catch a show here. It's an extremely intimate music venue for its size. It's a must for anyone that's an avid music lover.

After driving around the park for a bit, we did finally see the start of a hiking trail. There are no signs or indications of where trails start. The hike itself was ok, there were some pretty spots. Also along the trail there was a lot of garbage in some places. The trail took us up to the lookout point... More

This is one of the best parks in Louisville. The grounds are kept clean, the playground works for all children. The amphitheater is amazing.

One of metro Louisville's largest parks with a 'perimeter' road, numerous hiking trails, basketball courts, and ball fields, bathrooms and an outdoor amphitheater. For the most park an excellent park with comprehensive facilities and very interesting natural upland forested area. On a cautionary note, the crime rate, which I subscribe to a 'reporting service' for, has shown a disturbing increase... More

Iroquois Park is easily accessible from I265 or I264. It features activities for all ages. We utilize the riding trails and for a park in the city, the trails provide an escape from most of the city life. While some of the trails aren't the best marked and criss cross with other activity areas, it still a good ride.

at night the music pounds so loud (good luck sleeping) people smoking and selling drugs at night. occasional gun fire. stink bugs and lady bugs swarm from the park into your house. and the car show, you get to hear loud speakers, cars exhaust revving up and cars racing down the street all day. and any marathons- they block your... There are free movies offered in the summer plus concerts and talks periodically. Just recently Stephen King gave a talk about his writing. Granted it sold out months in advance but how cool is that. Also, in the fall we have the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular that draws rave reviews. Sure it's between $12-$15 for adults but the carved pumpkins are truly... More

The is a good little park with a fun hike up the paved hill. It isn't in the greatest part of town so I recommend visiting during the day. I've always visited it in a group. I've also heard many people say not to visit at night. I did this once with just one other person and was a little... More
