Very small but impressive city park featuring three memorial walls for veterans, a replica of the Liberty Bell, and a lovely fountain. Right downtown so one can walk to a couple of restaurants, the movie theater, and shops.

The bell is cool and just like the original, less the crack. The attached Veterans Memorial is enlightening. There are markers of American soldiers all the way back to the Revolutionary War. Real people, real families, imaginary faces, real dedication to the freedoms we enjoy. Hang out a while and feel the history

Many flags frame the park, with tall polls displaying Old Glory, over the replica of the United States LIBERTY BELL. Located in Liberty Park, this life-size replica of the Liberty Bell measures 47 inches in diameter, 45 inches tall and weighes approximately 2,700 lbs. Made of "bell bronze" with a special tin and copper alloy. The headstock is crafted from African Teak. The PARK also honors those who sacrificed their all for our LIBERTY, at the memorial wall. This is a very nice park, especially for a small rural town. On US 127, Liberty Park is an attraction that "World's Longest Yard Sale" tourists often seek to visit.
