Mant species of birds are abundant and used to humans visiting. Nice walking trails, fishing, and paddle boat rentals.

Jacobson Park has paved walking/running/biking paths with some moderate hills. There is a lake where you can fish and paddleboat. There are numerous picnic shelters and contained within is a fenced dog walk area. There is a very nice area where children can climb, swing, slide, etc. also.

Jacobson Park has many shelters to choose from for all events. They have water and power. A great place to meet with the family. You can take your dogs to the fenced in dog park that is very large. There is a big lake to paddle boat and fish.

This is a very special multi purpose park. The Lexington Fayette Co Government does an excellent job in the up keep here. There is a nice pond/lake in which you can rent paddle boats or drop your Kayak od Canoe into . It is also a popular fishing location . There are many other activities that you can do here... More

I've been to Jacobson Park many times, but usually only for a picnic so I haven't gone very far in. Recently, I went looking for the piano that was there for a short period and found that it was actually a huge park. It is such a beautiful park, and it seems really peaceful.

love love love the dog park here! plenty of space for my pup to get all (well not as much as I'd like) of his energy out. Also love that there are water stations on both sides of the dog area so I don't have to remember a jug like some other places.

I hate this disc golf course - only because I am not very good and the course is long and hard. However, it is a beautiful park with a lot of area for group activities or just strolling/dog walking and other things to do and plenty of space. My husband's company had their picnic there.

Jacobson is a nice little park that is very spacious to go play football, throw around the frisbee or have your kids play on the swings. They have a large play structure as well as a gazebo and little pond
