We stopped here on a January morning for a walk. Of course, this time of year, the park is not at its best, but it is still a very nice space - 200+ acres of rolling grassy hills with enough trees to break things up...More

Plenty of space with an awesome play area for kids. Also has an area for the four legged kids. If you want to fish bring your poles as there are several places to drop your line.

Jacobson Park offers paddle boats, kayaks, and fishing along with a newer splash park. My teenagers even loved that part!

My family and I stopped here on a whim. It was a great choice. The playground area was huge with so many different areas to play. There was a place for small children, special swings for parents and their babies, a seated merry-go-round, giant wooden...More

The whole park can be walked but there isn't a paved running trail. You can run along the driving path around the park and many folks bike but I would wear brite colors or reflecting vest.

Only cost is to rent paddle boats. In the summer they hold movie night and this is also free unless you want to purchase food from vendors.
