We were lucky to get Cave Dave as our tour guide - he started this whole project 30 years ago and is a fount of information, booth about the cave and about the local and state and national levels of politics that go into environmental conservation. Also, the cave is amazing - unlike anyplace I've had the luck to be... More

They don't tell you it's up and down for a total of 400 steps until after you pay the $15.00 each to get in. I did it even with my bad hip. And we enjoyed it. There were plenty of places to stop on the tour. It's so different to see and hear about the cave. It gets cool so... More

wonderful place to stop. great tour. good museum. took 7 and 9 year old boys. the tour was informative, great interaction with the kids. Not too long, maybe an hour. its not the rock formations you'll see other places but was well worth it. Significant stairs to travel if you are older FYI. Boys did a small zip line that... More

This was a unique cave. It is in the middle of a town with an opening through a sinkhole. The history was very interesting. I would wait a few months to a year to visit as they are in the process of expanding the tour. We enjoyed learning about the issues of pollution and what we can do to help... More

If you enjoy hiking nature trails then certainly check out this cave. What enticed us to visit here versus the numerous other caves of the area was the advertised 'boat tour'. We got to hidden river just after 3pm and the tours leave on the top of the hour so we had nearly an hour to kill before our tour.... More

Purchased a Groupon for their cave tour, zipline, and rappelling combo. Zipline was small, but fun. Rappelling was a new experience for us which was cool because we rappelled down the side of the cave that we toured afterwards. The guides that helped us were competent and friendly. The cave tour was very short, they will be expanding it further... More

This place was great and the staff were very helpful. There is also a cave exploration included. The price was fair for the amount of animals to be seen. A sheep had a baby while we were watching and there were baby kangaroos and some in pouch.

We originally planned on going to Diamond caves, they were all booked....we found this gem at the last minute! We were traveling from TN and had a few hour drive. I called and they were very accommodating, they said they would hold the last tour up for us if we were late! As luck would have it, we weren't late!... More

We went (husband and wife) and signed up for all 3 actives (tour, zip and rappelling). Cons: 1) time management on staff for start tours and zip/rappel could have been better. Waited a while for the two things to start (waited 45 mins for cave tour). 2) there is water in the cave and if you are in the back... More

Peggy was an amazing tour guide for the three hour tour! We had a blast crawling through tight spaces, getting muddy, and crossing the underground river. Our teen boys had a great time as well. She answered all questions and kept us challenged and safe. There were only eight people in our group and we had a very hands on... More
