Very nice sunset military flag ceremony. Each day a different deceased NJ veteran is honored by flying and lowering their casket flag while Taps are played. This event Draws big crowds so go early.

Dogs are allowed at Sunset Beach Area always and on the beach September 15-March 30... and if you went right towards Higbees you'd be ok as that is not state park anytime.
