Narrow minded people. Homophobic, not attentive and wouldn't help us.

We shopped here and purchased about $50 in goods. But to do so, we literally stood at the counter within four feet of 3 employees! Not one of them would help us. We finally went around so we were standing directly in front of their faces and they helped us, somewhat reluctantly. Will not go back or spend my money there. The only two shops that were kind and helpful were The Pink Tractor and River Birch Mercantile (which we absolutely loved!).

Told the wrong thing over the phone. They need to get it together

Was told when called two weeks ago we could get there around 3 and not have a long wait. When we arrived told a 3 and 1/2 hour wait. Drove for one hour and 45 mins to get there. What a joke. We left. Been going there for over 25 years not anymore.

Awesome food and scenery

I have zero complaints about our experience here. Our table was ready at the exact time our reservation was for. We arrived early so we went for the free moonshine tasting and the bartender was so knowledgeable and professional! I had chocolate moonshine for the first time in my life. There are TONS of places to take photos as the shops are so nicely decorated both inside and out. The dinner was amazing. Our waitress, Courtney, was awesome. She got the whole dining room to sing happy birthday to our daughter. She was friendly and very attentive. The chive and cream cheese stuffed filet was the table favorite. I loved my spinach salad with warm bacon dressing. The cheese pull on the cheese sticks was at least three feet long! I will be back if I’m ever in Paducah again!

All right, where to begin, I came to Patti's with a senior group of 13 people, We had a reservation at 5:15 so we could go to the show at 7:00. This was a 2 hour plus drive from Nashville for us. When we arrived, our tables were not ready, wait was about 15 minutes, but that was okay. Our orders were taken maybe 10- 20 minutes later. Another 10 minutes before drinks were delivered. I had ordered a bar drink and that was an additional 10 minutes. Eventually, they brought us some bread. By this time it was 6:00 p.m. A while later salads were brought out.. Waitress says, sorry, don't think you are going to make your show, they are cooking your food, but... did you have to wait a long time for your table. Umm... no, your service is slow. Finally, food comes out, totally cold, had obviously been cooked some time before. She obviously didn't give a damn about us making the show. Those who ordered appetizers -- they were served after they entrees and had to be returned because there was not time to eat them. A meal should not take 2 hours and then be incomplete. We did make it to the show only about 10 minutes late. Finally, my Kentucky Cold Brown was not great, would have probably been okay had it been hot and served on time. Very bad experience, not returning ever.

This was the best food I’ve ever ate they are so friendly and went out of there way to make you feel welcome me and my husband drove 4 hours just to go there and we will definitely be back this place is amazing and I loved every minute of being there

Cute Place to Shop or Just Browse

We went through all the shops and there were some really cute clothes in several stores. The prices weren't bad. I intend to go back and get one of the nativity sets I saw in one of the gift shops as they were all beautiful and very unique. The log cabin theme was neat, too as well as the gardens, koi pond, and covered pavilion. It looked especially nice when we were there as they were hosting a wedding reception. The moonshine store was a great place to taste various flavors of the drink. Just a fun place to go!

Nice surprise

We had heard from other vacationers that the food was good, Pattis was not to be missed. So we had dinner here and the food was very good, great service, everyone very friendly. We were not expecting all the shops behind the restaurant, what a delightful surprise. It was like a whole other world back there. Shops, mini golf, gazebos, koi ponds, snack bar, very nice!

Dissapointed!!!

Pork chop was good. Pie was terrible!!. Service was very slow!! Very dissapointing experience!!! Will not be going back anytime soon.

Beautiful small town setting.

The settlement is nested in a quaint little town. The gardens are beautiful and lit up at night. Very peaceful place. I really enjoyed my visit there.

I ordered filet of beef. It was perfect. Baked potato was not baked to degree I like and because they placed two big scoops of cold butter, the potato was lukewarm when I received it.
