Gorgeous park. Obviously the waterfall is the destination, but the rest of the trails are excellent as well. Some are paved, so parts of it ARE handicap accessible. Go and enjoy!

Beautiful park right in the city of Frankfort! I took my Mother as a treat when she was released from a rehab facility for physical therapy. She hated to go in a wheelchair but absolutely love the experience. So yes the park is accessible!!

It’s a small but peaceful park with a couple of nice waterfalls and a picnic area. There was also a meadows loop trail and another trail that takes you into the woods and above the falls. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to walk around either of those. Still it’s a good place to rest and enjoy the scenery.

Our family stopped here to stretch our legs on our way from Louisville to the red river gorge. The park is beautiful and tranquil. As soon as you pull into the main parking lot, you can see a little waterfall off to the side. About 100 feet away is another little water feature. And then if you want to feel a little more adventurous, you can hike up some steps and walk on one of the several trails at the park. We spent about 30 minutes here, but could have spent longer exploring the meadow and the various trails. A very cute Park!

We stopped while on a recent road trip. It's wonderful that the waterfalls themselves are very easily accessed without having to hike in. We enjoyed watching a little water snake in swim around at the base of the waterfalls. There are also great hiking trails if you have more time. Your time here can be what you make of it.... either a 20 minute stop to just see the waterfalls or you can spend hours hiking and picnicing.

If you ever just want to get away from things, here is the place to go. You can hike, if you like, or just sit and ponder the meaning of life! Truly beautiful.

The park is very clean and well maintained. The trails are all well marked. The only issue we had was parking, there is a very small lot.

Went here while in town on business and shot the 3D archery course they have set up there along he trails in the woods. They also have a really nice range with bag targets out to 50 yards and a large covered area to shoot from. Good place to sling some arrows to pass some time.

Trail was well marked. Got the exercise we were looking to get! We could have spent longer there but had to get to our distillery tour!
