Love this park very relaxing and a great place to have a picnic especially if call at local fish and chip shop often have events too taking part

We parked in the car park across from the park and realised there was also a out door paddling pool, we have never been here before so wasn't aware so we brought nothing with us. There is a lovely clean shallow paddling pool with a few activities for the kids, water is freezing which is what ya expect for a outdoor paddling pool. There is plenty of benches and grass area to sit, and it's closed of so children can't escape without going threw the gate. Best thing of all even though we visited on a Sunday afternoon it was not that busy. There were plenty of places to sit and lots of room in the pool. Down side was there was alot of teenagers hanging around kicking their football near the young kids and toddlers. There is alot a little park to, with well kept equipment and it is very clean Public toilets are very close by and kept clean …

Come here often to walk our dogs. Thank goodness the council or whoever makes the decisions sorted out the footpaths back to tarmac! Much better now and always a pretty place to walk round and meet other locals. Only thing spoiling it is the number of loud and offensive teenagers that seem to gather there after dinner time. Shame on their parents for allowing this to keep happening and the police for not doing their job.…

If you want to go for a walk with the family or take the dog this is a lovely park. It’s well maintained with a few flowers, trees places to sit and watch the world go by.

A tranquil spot in the midst of a busy town. Somewhere to escape the hubbub of modern life. In walking distance to Heanor Market Place and William Gregg Leisure Centre. A lovely paddling pool and play area for young children with a small cafe to grab a coffee ☕️, tea or panini. …
