We had a visually beautiful zip line excursion on our family vacation. My husband and I had zip lined with this company in 2016 and took our kids there this year. They are 17 and 16 years old and had a great time. The guides were great. They were helpful. The scenery was spectacular, especially on zips four and five. A couple of areas where I could see a bit of improvement: we wish they had offered just a little bit of general background into the area, the terrain, the types of trees, wildlife. Another company had mentioned on their website that that was included as part of their ziplining experience but time-wise, it didn’t work out with that company due to also wanting to see the natural bridge and creation falls. So for timing purposes and location, we went with this company. It is a lot of money to spend to be in and out in an hour, so something to beef up the content or adding 1 zip. Another thing, I wish the website would’ve mentioned the different types of video recordings that you could purchase as a package for your zip lining experience. They had two options…one was a wrist camera and one was a helmet Gopro. They both had pros and cons and were different prices and by the time you check in and register it was time to race off to get your equipment and no time to really think about those options. Lastly, if nothing else, it would’ve been great if they would’ve taken shots of people in their equipment at the beginning, maybe a shot of the whole group once they finished the final zip, or had a perch where someone could snap some still shots when the people were actually zipping. We had done zip lining with a company in the Blue Ridge Mountains in 2017 and a worker was perched on a riser and snapped pictures of people on one of the zips for purchase. Overall however, we would definitely do this trip again!

Our zip trip was a blast with Jake, Nick & Mallory! Safe, fun and lots of adrenaline. 2 teens with us in a group of 12, everyone was courteous and eager to break out of their comfort zone 🤪 A must do in the Gorge.
