Our whole group 6 adults and 1 child, enjoyed this cave tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the caves history. The tour was about 1 hour long. Educational and historical!!

Yes this was in Kentucky as one of the things done on our 38th state of the 50-State Quest. ((done in August of 1997 not 2016)) We did 3 state parks this year each a little different. This part of our trip made for a...More

We where staying in Nashville and saw a flyer in our hotel for this. So we drove a hour and had a pretty good time. One thing to note, is the "river" is pretty small its only maybe the length of 2-3 football fields if...More

River flowing thru cave, short boat ride added a different flair to usual cave explorations. Nice excursion if in the area, but pales in comparison to nearby Mammoth

When I read about this location having a boat tour inside a cave, I had my doubts. I went there and inquire about it and after paying for me and my fiance for the tour, we kept on wondering how good was it going to...More

The tour guide himself was great and fun. The caves and surrounding area were awesome but only thing is it wasn't that big and boat ride did not last long . That's the only reason I'm not giving it all Stars!

It's not Howe Caverns or Cave Tubing in Belize, I recommend both, but it's a chance to experience an underground adventure. There is a opportunity to get in a boat and travel underground with a tour guide to learn some unique history and cave geology...More

I was so excited to do this and it was fantastic. For me. Unfortunately, my 3 year old was really scared by the low ceiling when you first enter the cave by boat. You have to duck all the way down in the boat and...More

Honestly the boat ride itself is only about 20 to 25 minutes.

It's not a particularly far walk, maybe a quarter of a mile from the LRC center where you pay. You don't have to pay for the trails. The boat tour is pretty neat but it doesn't last for a long time--maybe 15-20 min. It's... More
