Very informative!

Nice place with nice displays and brochures. Receptionist was very friendly and informative. Gave us great ideas of places we wanted to see. Sadly, several of them were closed.

In addition to the wonderful center this is located by a variety of arts, crafts and antique stores. A gift shop opposite the station even gave us a 10% discount

We stopped at the Welcome Center to gather up some info on local sites, and were drawn to the beautiful old windows, the tracks out back (learned there is still a freight train that passes through), and the "cage" next to the welcome desk. We asked questions and learned that was the original ticket cage for the railroad. We walked... More

Stopped in on a rainy Sunday morning just to see what it was. Got some good information about the area that we will have to check out next time we come down to visit our son at College. Loved the old train depot building that is almost 100 yrs old I believe and the studios/shops around it are neat.

I highly recommend stopping by the welcome center to view the L&N depot. It's a wonderful history lesson for young children as well. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

Stopped here to get all the info on visiting Berea. The workers here are very welcoming & friendly. They are eager to help their visitors. There are examples of the types of things made in the area & racks of brochures telling of the things in the surrounding areas to do during one's visit. They are dog friendly.

Thank luvwicket
