If you are older or slow be careful trying to cross the roundabout to get there, people absoluty fly around the roundabout like it's a race course!! For such a tourist area this is a real safety issue the city needs to address!!!

It is a charming old government building right smack in the middle of town. Across the street is a real soda fountain and the charm of 3rd street.

If you are passing through or taking the 1792 distillery tour/tasting, take a half hour & wander the historic downtown. The buildings are nicely restored/preserved, including the Visitor Center, at the middle of one of the main streets.
