We are a pinball family so we were excited to find an arcade when traveling to see family.
I was disappointed to find that after paying $40 for my family of 4 to get in that the pinball machines and skee-ball were not included in the free play. Total of $63 spent and we were there less than an hour. Definitely didn't feel like we had $63 worth of fun. The arcade games were good. The pinball selection was a lot of older games - not very many "big name" games.
Was hoping for food but all they had was bagged chips, candy bars and sodas and other beverages.
Probably won't be returning.

Hello there!
At the check in counter, we do our best to make sure everyone knows the 90 classic arcade games are all on unlimited free play for $10 ($8 for kids 10 and under) and the pinball, skee ball and giant Pac-Man are .50 per play. Would love to make pinball free too, but with new machines averaging $8000, it just isn't possible. We do keep it at .50 where other places typically at .75/$1 as we want it to be affordable for all.
We have 15 pinball machines, and as a classic arcade, we have a mix (50/50) of old school and newer machines.
Our building is over 100 years old and unfortunately isn't suitable for food. We do allow in and out so you can get your hand stamped, head out and grab lunch or dinner and pop back in all day/night.
We're terribly sorry you didn't enjoy your time.

We have really enjoyed the Arcade, it is such a neat place. My kids have meet friends here several times and have spent a couple hours each time. Even when it was super busy they had fun and didn't mention how many people were there. The staff has been very friendly and I'm so happy that we have this place in Wichita to go and play cool games.

We brought our daughters to this while in Wichita for Spring Break. Friendly people greeted us and we paid a fee I didn't find too high considering we could stay as long as we wanted. It is a traditional arcade room with classic arcade video games and pinball machines. We ran the gamut from earlier staples like Pac-Man through the early 'next-gen' games like TRON and Dragon's Lair. A bonus at the time (I hope they still have this the next time we're there) is a badge on each game that was featured in the book 'Ready Player One.'
My daughters enjoyed it as much as I did. Refreshments are sold in front and there is an appropriate level of monitoring in the rooms to ensure people are safe and the machines aren't getting abused. One sad drawback was that a few of the older pinball games were not always working right, but the staff came to the rescue when needed! We will definitely be back!

So happy you stopped by to check us out! Yes, pinball machines can be a pain at times but I'm glad the staff was able to assist and get you back to having fun!

This place is awesome. We went there and stayed for about 3 hours. Love the classic arcade games, and it's great that they are all on free play. At the time we went, it was 10 dollars for adults, 8 dollars for kids, but I felt like we got our money's worth. They do sell some snacks, like candy and chips, along with bottled soda, water, energy drinks. Even though it was busy, there were plenty of games to choose from. Will return!

It's a little odd this isn't included as a top thing to do in this app. Food and bar is ok and the games are older and all appeared to be working. Also the location moved, the address on google and here are different just FYI.

If you are looking to spend a good time playing old school arcade video games, this is your place! For $10, you can play all the video games you played as a kid from open to close. The atmosphere is family-friendly. There are plenty of games to play for hours on end. You should check it out!

Dropped in on the new arcade place called The Arcade in downtown. Wichita. For eight dollars ($8) you can play as many of their video games for free. For ten dollars ($10) you can play from open to close. The have several video games from the '80s. They also have pinball machines which are fifty cents for four balls. The owner/operators want you to enjoy their machines. They quickly answer emails, texts, or phone calls. I went with my thirteen-year-old daughter and we had a blast. There was very little wait for any of the games you wanted to play. Children under sixteen had to have a parent with them. This place will bring back your memories!

Is the 10 dollar fee all you have to pay to play the games or do you also have to buy tokens or something like that?
Written August 12, 2018
No tokens are required once you pay the flat fee. That’s why we love this place so much! It is all you can play and your pass lasts all day.
