About
For real surf and real fun, spend the day at Kenwood Cove - Salina's premier aquatic park, featuring thrill rides, 1,400 feet of slides, a children's play area, and fun attractions for the whole family. Plunge 35 feet from one of the park's four adventure slides. Drop 12 feet then swirl around the tornado slide before falling into a pool below. Hop on an inner tube and glide 275 feet down the river slide into the Lil' Smoky Lazy River. Or, catch a wave in the wave pool. Plus, so much more! Relax, soak up the sun, and spend the day at Kenwood Cove, conveniently located in Salina, Kansas, at the I-70, I-135 interchange. The family-friendly, low-cost aquatic park features Caribbean-inspired décor, lush foliage, and crashing waves, for an authentic island experience.

Great Deal!
Jul 2019
We are from Georgia. We went one summer while visiting family in Salina. It was great. The price was very reasonable. A water park like this in Georgia would of cost at least $30 for the day or more. You are very lucky to have such a nice water park and actually be able to afford to go.

Kids loved it...but super packed with people...

This water park was fun for the kids. There were a ton of people and it was hard to keep track of my children but it was fun for them. Very clean facilities and friendly staff. We will go back just perhaps at a different time of day.

It's ok

For the size of town Salina is it's not a bad sized water park. But it attracts people from all over and the place get over crowded really really fast. There is a good amount of parking but if there are cents going on at the other attractions near here it can be very tough to find a spot. Like I said it needs to be bigger a lot of running I to people then They get mad at you when it was an accident. Lines move pretty decent pace but when it's busy the lines are long. Not many place to get out of the sun when it's busy. It's only $6 bucks to get in so it's well worth the money on a average day. One slide was not in use. Staff is a bunch of high schoolers. But it's still a decent water park

I went with my grandkids and we had a great time. Many different areas for all ages. Food needs to be researched for better quality food.

Fun place, reasonably price. Don't forget to bring your own lock for the locker. They do sell locks for $5.

So much fun!

If you are looking for a great time for a seriously low price at a Waterpark, this is it! We live in Wichita and I would definitely drive here to have fun at this park at least once a summer. Everyone working there is so chill!

Just no......
Jun 2019 • Family
Sadly this aquatic park cut corners when it was built, and the management isnt the best or safest. The dressing/shower rooms are very inadequate. Hooks? Liquid soap? sorely lacking in forethought. The Lazy River is a real hazard for small children . They are walking and are inadvertently bumped by innertubes ALL the time. This is a disaster in the making. How about a ruling that prevents young children from walking ??? The most exciting looking feature has never been open to my knowledge, at least whenever our family has visited. How about repairing it?

Poor Management Property Vandalism
Jul 2019 • Family
Very overcrowded. Our daughter’s vehicle window was broke out in the parking lot. Manager really didn’t care about the situation. Filed a police report. He implied this is becoming an everyday occurrence. We will not return and discourage others from going.

PACKED!
Jul 2019 • Family
This place is packed! We showed up right at opening on Sunday (12:30pm) and there was a good sized line to get in. Unfortunately their credit card readers were not working on the day we came, so the line moved VERY slow, but luckily we had enough cash to get in. We have a 1, 3, and 5 year old and they are limited to the kiddie pool, one slide, and the lazy river/wave pool. Typically that is more than enough amenities to keep my kiddos entertained, but everything was so PACKED that it was hard to enjoy the different attractions. I imagine the place is wonderful on days that are maybe a little slower for them. The lazy river has several entrances/exits making it nice to get around the park, but there were so many people in there that I was more concerned for my children's safety instead of being able to relax just floating around. Happy that Salina has such a nice attraction that draws so many people though.

Go with friends and/or family
Jun 2019 • Solo
The park is great if you are there with someone, but that’s only because of their company, not the park. It’s a great hang out if you come with friends or family but if you are alone it’s really not much fun. I know for safety reasons the slides can’t go much faster but it would be fun to see a little more action in the river and maybe jets in the part that’s circular with a umbrella under it. I come almost every day, but it just could be a lot better.
