We went in. Really just to play some slots. All of the slots there are the newest, latest video type machines with absolutely no slots like the traditional ones. We did, however, find a couple of machines that paid enough to make it fun. The outcomes on the spins got to be fairly predictable and we never often got "ahead" of where we started, but we still had fun. Staff was really friendly and we did have a good time for about an hour and a half!

We stopped here to kill a few hours and the first thing we noticed was the size - it’s pretty small. But there were plenty of machines and even table games, including roulette and craps.
The problem we had is that the place is mostly slot machines, and there were a BUNCH of machines that were turned off - apparently some sort of update? - but the video poker and video keno we enjoy was all but absent here.
If you like nothing but slots, then you’ll be ok here - many penny slots (where you have to bet between sixty cents and several dollars per spin). If you like Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, or some other table games, you’ll be okay here. But we got bored relatively quickly) as we don’t play “slots” usually.
The staff was okay, the security folks really friendly and welcoming. Can’t really say that for all the other folks working the casino floor, pretty hit and miss.
We probably won’t go back due to the lack of video poker and video keno machines. The Downstream Casino about a half hour south outside of Joplin (just over the Oklahoma border) is much larger and has a much better selection of machines to play. Downstream does not have live roulette or craps, though.

The fun atmosphere and relaxing enjoyment of a casino were a perfect break in a busy week of business travel. Rooms are clean, casino staff are very friendly.

I did win a jackpot at this casino a couple of years ago but I have to admit that it is time to stop patronizing them. Ever since that point I've not really been able to win much of anything from them and it has gotten to the point where it's not even fun to play slots there because it seems like it just sucks your money so quickly. There seem to be a lot of dead spins not only in regular play but in bonus play too. Also any free play that you have is immediately sucked back within a matter of minutes. They seem to be more interested in giving all of these gifts rather than having to loosen their slots. I have also noticed that they are pretty quick to cut back the free play if there is a small span of time that you haven't gone such as several weeks. There are machines that have things wrong with the screen and you cannot pick the choice that you want on a bonus round and the machines have been this way for months. I have reported it myself and they still continue to be the same way. The restaurant is not worth going to because the menu is limited and the food is not that great and it's very overpriced. They need to shape up their act.

I had last been here only weeks ago but did not use my players club card of which I had gotten in fall of 2018. We never returned because the place was smokey, filthy and staff very unfriendly. We returned from a vacation trip from Iowa and we decided to stop and play a while. My sweetie had never gotten a players club card and my card was out dated so we got cards and commenced to lose and fro me heavily. We departed 6 hours later and I list over 2 grand but we did eat and the food was good but pretty pricey. Now to this week and my Sweetie received a flyer from with her earned rewards and I did not, thinking there was a problem I called Kansas Crossing and spoke to an employee at the rewards desk and was informed I have no rewards and I stated I/we had been there only 2 weeks ago and my Sweetie received hers and I I was still looking for mine. She had no reason or explanations so she forwarded me to a Host and the person first first seemed disinterested and I said we had been there and I dropped 2 thousand plus dollars and was expecting a flyer of our earnings, like my Sweetie received and so she looked it up and said she got hers because it was part new member and I was to later to get one and then she stated I will not get one for November either. So I said we will return to the casino down the road and not need this sort of poor customer service of Kansas Crossing.

I went here as a 21st birthday get together for my friend and got there early and asked for a drink just a rum and coke and was laughed at by the bar tender and refused to make it because I can only have two drinks an hour apparently. Bartender continued being bad service the rest of the night. Went to play holdem and the service there was also horrible continually dragging out and laughing as they won and gave me the same hand three times in a row. along with that my friend had a bad time because they also wouldn't let them get anymore than two drinks while clearly servicing other more. overall I will not be going back and would recommend downstream instead of this place.

We stayed in the hosting Hampton Hotel not realizing it was a Casino site at he time we made reservations. The casino was larger than I imagined considering the location. No crowd perhaps due to Covid. It just seemed like a big room with a bunch of video games. We donated $10 in 5 minutes and left. Would not return.

I just want to thank your casino for always being good to me…I may not always walk out a winner but some of that is my fault lol…but you guys sure know how to show a girl a good time…
Your establishment is always clean and top notch…I love the restaurant too & Stacey with guest services has always moved heaven and earth to help me with whatever I need…you should give her a raise she is one of the main reasons I keep coming back!!! Thanks again for everything!!

I've been to this Casino over 20 times over the years. It is a clean casino. The staff is friendly. The Cafe has good food but priced like casino food. But the down side is the slot payout. In all my stops here, as it is a great bathroom stop going cross country, I can't say I've ever won here. Small wins but even those are not as often as you would expect. Hard to spend much time here as no return on money. Don't go here if your going for a night out.

Stopped in on a road trip. Unfortunately the casino pumps in such a strong scent and I’m horribly sensitive to smells, we were unable to stay. We did eat at the restaurant, thankfully no smells there. Won’t be back. Yuck!
