A fun overall experience.

Great fun. The television screen showing our shots was very accurate and full of funny little comments. Played in December (about 40-45 degrees) but the overhead heater kept us pretty warm.

In fact, be careful of the table directly below the heater getting too hot. Ice in our drinks quickly melted and my son's phone overheated while sitting on the table.

Service was excellent. I would suggest for a semi-serious golfer that you bring your own clubs as those available at Topgolf showed a bit of wear.

In the end, a very good experience.

I was not overly impressed with the food. The portions were pretty small for the price. Experiencing Top Golf isn't cheap, $50 for an hour of play. Our waitress was very nice and did a great job. All staff wore masks. Furniture was a little worn out.

Worth every minute!!

The friendliness and helpfulness was amazing. A very busy place but we still got in and enjoyed ourselves. I haven't golfed in years, but still had fun! Our family enjoyed our time together! The staff was great especially our waitress Molly who was there whenever we needed her. We thought the price was well worth it! Thank you!

I just got back from top golf for the first time visit. The websight says you get a top golf card which I did not and I like hitting there but the balls only registered half the time. The whole reason I went was to know how far each club goes. It seems to be way off and not consistent at all. It registered my piching wedge at 85 once and then 135 on the second hit and I hit almost the same spot. As far as my 3 wood and driver it did not register any hits and I was hitting the net at the back several times. I dont thinkI will go back for the price of what you get.

Reservation rip off

While we had a good time playing was very disappointed when we paid our bill and found out our reservation fee was for the ability to jump a non existent line. We don’t live in town and thought we would make a reservation so we could play. Didn’t mind paying $50 for the reservation thinking it was simply an assurance that you show up for your playing time (as hotels do when you reserve a room). This is not the case - the $50 is just to get you in the door. When asked we where told that it was a corporate policy and nothing they could do about it even though there was no wait list for the night we played. Again since we live out of town and we don’t have a TopGolf near us we would not have know about his reservation practice and honestly I have never come across anything like this practice. It has definitely left a sour taste about the business and their business practices. Sorry TopGolf - while you where fun I will take my business elsewhere.

Reservation rip-off

We had a nice time at Topgolf but buyer beware. You can only make a reservation online and the charge was $27, which I found out later that it goes towards nothing- it’s strictly for the pleasure of reserving your spot. Add to that $5 pp for quest play plus hourly fee for bay rental. Very disappointed this information was not provided up front while making the reservation. We won’t be back.

Made a reservation online. Came at my designated time and they said there was no reservation. They said you can’t make reservations the same day but the website let me. I explained the whole process I went through and they definitely said they believed me but said they had to put me at the end of the line. Nothing they could do for me.

We went on a Saturday afternoon to hit some balls with our niece who flies with Delta and was on a layover. The line to get a "tee time" must have had 20 people in it. After spending $5 for a membership (God only knows what that gets us) we then prepaid another $40 to play golf. This was for a 3 hour wait, but here's the good news. For a mere $50 we could move up to the front of the line! What a scam! The bar was packed with "sheeple" drinking while waiting their 3 hours for a turn to play. I've figured out their business plan. Soak people in the bar for hours while waiting for a time to play. Then charge crazy high prices to hit a golf ball. I'm sorry my wife paid the $40 because we now have to back to these crooks and play this scam all over again. No thanks to how you treat customers, and the shennagans you play with "memberships" and payments to move to the front of the line. How about building a facility large enough to accommodate your clientele?

There are several different settings or games you can choose from on the Top Golf screen. I went with some friends and was quite underwhelmed. The chip that monitors where the ball went is highly inaccurate! Also, it shows how far the ball carries but not how far it goes. Other metrics such as apex and ball speed are meaningless for golf. The height of the tee cannot be adjusted and this can be a major problem for someone who tees their ball higher...especially when paying $45 an hour. Something as basic as that should be adjustable. The person who came around for food or drink orders only came around once. Very poor service. They can't even get basic golf right, are overpriced, and had very poor service. I don't understand the allure of this place and will not return.

I travel the US and always stop into a Topgolf when there is one around. This one is great just like the other ones. Strange experience when the bay next to us (Bay 307 12:30pm in July 10th). I question is the lady using the bay to rest and drink water the whole 2 hours we were there wasn’t staff. If that’s the case, she wasted a bay during a very busy time!
