Great Place for fresh vegetables

Very nice place to get fresh vegetables , directly from farms to table. Also a good place to get fresh eggs too.

Many vendors and my visit was at the end of the growing season! Fresh fruits, veggies, honey etc. nicely displayed by each vendor. There was even an onsite walk in butcher that had meat already cut and ready to sell. Very nice with a good variety of items for sale. Baked goods were so tempting. A must to visit when... More

We enjoyed the morning at the market. There were so many different fresh fruits and vegetables as well as pastries, butter, jellies and local honey. Fresh croissants, hand churned butter and honey was on the breakfast menu.

This is one of my favorite places to go on a Saturday morning. We can usually find parking pretty easy. It is much easier than going down to the River Market.

Wednesday is a great day to go or early on Saturday morning if you don't want to dodge small children on foot and in strollers.

A quick day trip via the free transport on Main Street from downtown took us to the market where there is a lot of fresh local produce plus food for almost any culture offered for sale. This is where downtown residents go for the best prices and selections. Stopping for pastries at a bakery, tea fresh bagged and brewed, and... More

A great suburban market with good local farmers, lots of choices of fresh goods. Sat. mornings can be a bit crowded but the atmosphere and the fresh produce is worth rubbing elbows. The market often has entertainment on Sat. mornings. Market also open Weds. mornings but with less activity overall. In addition to fresh produce several local bakeries offer their... More

We visited with local friends and were very intrigued to see the local produce for sale and partake in a truly local experience. Recommended and will use again on our next visit.

This is a pleasant, comparatively small, well managed Farmer's Market with a nice variety of foods and other products, including organic foods, that is located "old downtown" Overland Park. If you're in the area, it and the surrounding neighborhood with a variety of interesting shops and restaurants is worth a visit.
