We live less than a mile from Deanna Rose and have so many memories enjoying all it has to offer over the past 13 years. You can spend an entire day here if the weather cooperates. Closed Nov. 1- March 31 every winter.

Great place to visit, especially if you have young children. Plenty to do. Fishing, petting zoo, picnic area, playground all available. Great for company picnic. Beautiful scenery. Spring is ideal time.

My 3yr old grandaughter loves this place. She always wants to go to the EIEIO which is what she calls it. We cant wait for it to reopen in April because we take her at least 2x per week. The staff is fabulous, they continue to improve the exhibits and we LOVE IT. We did the hayrides, the pumpkin patch,... More

It's been a few years since I've been to Deanna Rose with my family, but it was always fun. They have lots of animals, a place for kids to fish, a playground, picnic tables to have lunch on, a snack bar to get food. My children always enjoyed it - they also went there for school field trips and a... More

We have been to Deanna Rose many times and there is so much for young kids (and old!) to see an do. From fishing to bottle feeding to just wondering and exploring. We enjoy it each time we come!

One of the most fun places to take kids April - Oct. We love all the animals, historic buildings and the great playgrounds. The admission is cheap but the family fun is priceless.

Perfect place to take children 8 and under. Hours of fun for a very low price. Certain hours have free admission. Petting zoo, pony and hayrides, playground, fishing, panning for gold and many additional activities to keep you busy for hours. Great place for grandparents to take grandchildren.

I took my first grandson (now 16) to Deanna Rose when he was 4, and now taking my other grandson, now 3 to this wonderful place. It has grown over the years and is a perfect place for young children. You can go and feed the farm animals, give a bottle to a baby goat, or enjoy some of the... More
