We enjoy the portion from Leawood through Overland Park. Well maintained, but should be wider or dual lanes for bikes and walkers. Wonderful to walk through nature. Today we saw a young deer very close to us.

This is an excellently maintained green space provided along the creeks that would flood the area if it were not maintained as a greenbelt. Lots of wildlife and flora. I love to ride the trail. I love to walk the trail. Keep a constant vigilance...More

We love to take long walks and jump off at key points for a coffee or lunch depending on time of day/weather. Park Shelters and playgrounds dot the vast majority of the route from Metcalf to Mission.

Whenever we are visiting family in Overland Park, I make it a point to walk this path several times. It is a paved path and enjoyable because it winds through the trees, along the creek and is close to the hotel where we normally stay.

Nice pathways for running, walking and biking. Runs along a stream and is wooded. Sometimes the stream does flood and some dirt and mud is on the pathway but not too badly.

Great for biking, walking, jogging. Asphalt or paved trail that is wide. Trail merges with other trails and it is well used for many hours of the day. There are several blind corners so one must be cognizant that they do not run another user...More

The title is the correct name of this park. It is part of the Johnson County Streamway park system. It is a great place for an extended bike ride. You can go out to Olathe or into Kansas City, Missouri without leaving the trail.

We are so fortunate to have this streamway trail near our home. I've seen those very red buds in the snapshot go through the season year after year. There's an enormous sycamore just beyond them east along the trail. It's remarkable to watch the woodland...More

Yes it goes through several parks with playground equipment and fishing ponds but you need to realize the trail is 17 miles long & then connects with Tomahawk Creek Trail for another 15 mile hike, so I have no idea what part... More
