This was a very enjoyable stop. I am not sure what I expected but there was plenty to do for all ages. We chuckled when the GPS said "turn right on the Yellow Brick Road". Yes, that is the name of the street. They have tour guides dressed like Dorthy and for a small fee, you can tour the grounds... More

This is such a delightful little place to visit, not because it's Disney perfect but because it's got such HEART, you know what I mean? The tour guide dresses like Dorothy, the little house that represents the farm home in which Dorothy lived with Auntie Em and family is conscientiously decorated with period furniture and bric-a-brac and has a painted... Living nearby I had never taken the opportunity to see Dorothy's Place. My grandchildren enjoyed it as did I. We also enjoyed watching the DVD. You should do this.

Obviously, it is a little "kitschy", but if you're a fan of the Wizard of Oz, you'll definitely enjoy it. Some of the exhibits were provided by original cast members, including the Munchkins. Everyone in the family should enjoy this trip down the Yellow Brick memory lane.

"Dorothy" gave us a nice tour of Wizard of Ox memorabilia and buildings. She took us down the Yellow Brick Road through sets based on the movie. Great museum and gift shop, and very nice people.

We so enjoyed our tour of the wizard of oz, our guide made it feel real we all had a good time. Quirky but fun. Lots of pictures from cast members.

If you visit Liberal you must visit Dorothy's house and Oz. Fun little museum that was Worthy the 7.00 to get in. This is a place you would tell people you have visited. Once in a life time.

This was kind of a waste of time. The online pics look better than the real thing and what you see online is pretty much all there is.

I was conflicted with this visit. On one hand, forking over $27.50 for 2 adults and 3 children was expensive and by no means logically worth what we saw, however the authentic antiques of mid-western life and the sheer silliness of the hokey displays (complete with made-up mannequins, and the 100 strand Christmas lights) and the invitation to use one's... Enjoyed it. Definitely has potential an it was a cute retelling of the movie. Definitely worth the stop.
