Beautiful historic Church with Tiffany Windows, great music program and some nice welcoming people, plus a few that God still needs to work on... such as myself. Good outreach efforts, kids and youth programs grams, as well as new program for younger adults.

This Episcopal church is set on a nicely generous lot, which is rare for a downtown church. This makes the approach very nice - as you walk to the sanctuary you stroll through the rolling lawn. The sanctuary is beautiful, though rather dark.

I love checking out new churches, and this one didn't disappoint me at all. When you walked in the front seemed so far away, but as you looked around there was soooo much to take in, and enjoy. We ended up visiting for over an hour. Stunning church that I think you will enjoy if you visit it.

Recently renovated, the cathedral is quite stunning with it's gold copula and ornate interior. Not on the scale of European cathedrals, but certainly worth a visit.

Grace and Holy Trinity Episcopal Cathedral on a landscaped block of downtown KC is an architectural delight in a garden setting. The church has some brilliant Tiffany stained glass windows and a striking Tiffany wrought-iron rood screen. A beautiful sight in the middle of the city. Great music for services.

Easy to find and beautiful to see and participate/attend a mass, Grace and Holy Trinity is one of the most beautiful churches I've ever seen, and especially in this part of the country! Beautiful Tiffany Stained Glass windows that are nearly 100 years old are featured in this grand church, filled with art, architecture and religious historical artifacts.

Grace & Holy Trinity is the cathedral for the Episcopal Diocese of West Missouri, located in downtown Kansas City. It's an easy drive from anywhere in the city, as it sits just off I-670 on Broadway, across from the Civic Center.

G&HT is an active, vibrant parish; I know that phrase is overused, but on my many visits there for services, I never fail to be impressed by the sheer volume of activities going on. They have an incredible outreach mission to the community, and were the original site for Episcopal Community Services, which runs the largest food pantry and soup kitchen (though it's so much more than that) in the metro area.

The organ (and organist) is truly incredible, filling the lofty Gothic arches with inspiring music. The choir and choirmaster never fail to provide pitch-perfect, professional-level renditions of sacred hymns.

The entire clergy team and every parishioner are friendly and truly welcoming. I have never felt like a stranger; indeed, I felt like a part of the congregation from my very first visit.

The architecture is intentionally awe-inspiring, and the Gothic arches draw the eyes heavenward. The nave is spacious and yet the visitor never feels diminished, only humbled in the presence of beauty and the Divine.

Grace & Holy Trinity Cathedral will wow you, challenge you, inspire you, welcome you, and always call you back. I know it's done that for me.

I was in town for a jazz concert, but part of my travel is to attend church services in places where I visit, usually Episcopal, being a member of that denomination. This is the seat of the Diocese of West Missouri. What a gorgeous stone building, inside and out! The stonework and stained glass windows are remarkable, as well as the rood screen, which divides the nave from the chancel. Since I am a musician, I certainly enjoyed their pipe organ and choir, having a good time meeting the organist after the service. There is even a bookstore, from which I acquired an Episcopal bow tie!

I came here with my kindergartener for the Menser puppet theatre nativity show. It was a really fantastic show and the cathedral was awe inspiring. I've lived in KC for 12.5 years and didn't know about this place. It's beautiful and definitely worth a see.

Such a lovely place! I have never attended worship here, but I've attended a friend's ordination here. It is a must-see for lovers of architecture.
