The memorial has the spirit, but the city needs to take better care of it. There is lots of vulgar graffiti on the benches. Found the location fairly easy with a short hike. Worth a stop and some great views from the hilltop.

This is an impressive very large arch. It is interesting and very attractive on high location - visible for miles. And when you are there it is very good view. BUT it very hard to get to.

Just a quick stop to get our photo taken while we were traveling through Kansas City. Sort of nice to think you were over in Europe but you are just in the good old USA.

This hidden gem is near the national World War I Museum. It’s easy to find and resembles the Arc de Triomphe in France.

. It’s dedicated to the US veterans of all the wars of United States and the surrounded by wonderful Iron gate so don’t miss this hidden gem. Enjoy.

My wife and I visited on a Sunday afternoon and we were impressed with this World War I arch that resembled the Arc de Triomph in Paris. This sits atop a fairly prominent hill and we parked in the small adjoining lot and took several photos of the arch and the surrounding area. A nice diversion from the hustle and bustle of downtown Kansas City.

A nice looking memorial arch up on a hill, but could be nicer if the city could maintain it to keep it nice. Walkway from the parking lot to the arch has broken concrete path and steps. The directions from the highway are not well marked or are missing, almost like the city does not take pride in the monument. Be cautious when reversing in the parking lot at since it slopes down the hill.

The Rosedale Arch, in Kansas City, KS was designed as a memorial to the Rosedale residents who served in WWI. It is on top of a hill and has a great view of the Kansas City, MO skyline.

very nice memorial to the men that had died in this nations wars from the local community. easy yet hard to get to because of the very tight right turn going up a hill you have to make. parking is very limited and the walkway needs repairs. if you're handicapped this maybe a problem. as others have stated a very nice view of the kc area but remember what this location is about, a memorial to those that died for this country.

I recently took my two kids on a photo tour of KC and the Rosedale Arch was a highlight. The surrounding area isn't the most welcoming, but once you get there the views are phenomenal. Great way to see KC
