This was our first time here after friends recommended it when they went after it first opened. This does not seem like a new water park but a park that is on the verge of closing. First impression is the front building where you check in has stained carpet and the gift section seems to be an afterthought. There were... More

This was our first visit to the Schlitterbahn. The facility is really nice and clean. There were plenty of life guards at the attractions. We liked the tube lazy river/ rapids. They have a couple of them. They have water slides where you use a tube and some that you use a mat. They have a water coaster. They also... More

I am a regular at the original Schlitterbahn in New Braunsfels TX, so as I was planning a trip "UpNorth," I just had to see this park for myself. I have to say that the Henry family does a great job training personnel to be customer centered-- it's something they are known for. I was impressed with the whole operation... More

Recently visited the Waterpark renting a cabana for convenience. Nice, clean Waterpark, friendly staff, plenty of shade and seating. Only complaint was cabana service. Was there six hours and only saw server when we ordered food and when food delivered. When we were ready to leave, server no where to be found. Went to guest services to pay food bill... More

My family and I wernt to Schlitterbahn Waterpark during an extreme heat wave and it was the perfect way to spend a hot day cooling off at the waterpark. It offers many different slides, rivers, wave pools, kids areas and has something for everyone. We'd go back in a heart beat if ever in the area again.

What I love most about this waterpark is that you can ride the lazy river (which includes rapids and a wave river) all the way around the park. They even have two seater tubes that have a bottom in them so young children can ride without the fear of falling thru. The lines for the waterslides were very long on... More

We have been to Schlitterbahn twice. Once in South Padre and now in Kansas City. My family loves it! The prices are reasonable and the tubes are included which is wonderful. Purchasing tickets and the refillable cups are cheaper online. They also allow you to bring a picnic so that saves you money. My only suggestion is that make the... More

We had a wonderful time at this park. We were on the second day of a two day trip, this unfortunately was our shorter of the two days. We had gone our first day to worlds of fun/oceans of fun and had a terrible experience, luckily day 2 at schlitterbahn redeemed this short vacation. Missing one star only for some... More

I took my 8 year old to the park this week. Let me first say the we had no interest in doing the Verruckt, so keep in mind that might be the main reason to go to the park. It was expensive, $80 for the two of us with prepaid online tickets. Then $10 for a locker and $30 for... More
