I love visiting this museum. I always learn something new and see new items. They often have traveling exhibits such as wedding gowns from the past. My family always enjoys a visit.

Very interesting accounts of the regional history. Hays was one of the wilder towns in the early West. Had as many Bars as Churches at one point. A trip to the Museum before going over to Gella's will tie a day together, better yet, come...More

Need a pleasant afternoon in Hays? I great place to learn some local history and see some cool things. My kids have always loved the school room display.

A great place to learn about the Volga Germans who settled in this area. There is an authentic Volga German house and many artifacts from the 1800's when they settled this part of Kansas.
