The Dodge City Trolley gives a great experience for tourists to see many of the major sights available in Dodge City. The drivers give great descriptions of the landmarks and the large windows make viewing easy.

We arrived in Dodge City and parked to go into the visitor center just as the trolley was departing. The kind driver asked if we wanted to go on the trolley and as it was leaving right then, even let us buy our ticket when we returned. This narrated trip lasted at least an hour and covered everything in the... More

My spouse could not go with me. I loved it so much that when we have a chance to go as a couple I want to ride again. The second time can only be as good if not better than the first. Don't miss this is you travel to Dodge City.

Was interesting and it is a good way to see Dodge City if you do not have a lot of time. The tour is done by a recording the driver will point out points of interest but does not talk that much.

It's worth the money to do this, it takes you around to the historic sites. The tour is narrated by a pre recorded tape, but our driver did tell us more small tidbits, when there was time that the tape wasn't playing. I would recommend this to anyone.

We enjoyed our trolley tour experience, covering all the main historical sites and events of the City. It was narrated on tape by the present Sherriff. Some of the additional detail given by our driver Brad was interesting and amusing. The visit out to the cattle area and original Fort Dodge site were worthwhile.

Make sure to do this first. It would be nice if he driver would narrate the journey instead of relying on a CD but he did make a few informative notes.

This is a so-so tour, it's prerecorded, every now and then the driver will add sometime about the tour, but I could hear him as I was in the back of the trolley. There was some good info on the recording.

Interesting tour and staff were informative and friendly. Takes about 1 hour so plan accordingly; if you have plans to see the gunfight at the museum DO NOT ask the guide to go back early so your kids can see the gunfight (like someone did on our tour).

The trolley was good. The information is prerecorded and the trolley must stay on schedule. Most information is about Fort Dodge and the meat processing plant. It does not give much of the history of the City of Dodge. It was interesting to know that for many years Dodge tried to shed its "violent" history. I am afraid it is... More
