My wife and I and our dog go there 4 or 5 times a year for picnics,beautiful park,very tidy and the grounds are well taken care of,clean washrooms etc. Very nice place,also generally very quiet.

This was a real treat to stop walk around and to explore. In the community there is a very old stone bridge that is a must to see. . We saw a lot of migrating birds here and the views were outstanding.

Great place for a picnic. No overnights. Outhouses and change houses. Two water taps. Narrow beach with some white sand. Short board walk to the shore.

Wonderful place in the fall with wild apple trees (lots of free organic fruit!), nature trails and the beach & park to explore & enjoy picnic with family/friends.
