Was there awhile back and they had a hamburger that was huge. If u could eat it all it would be free. Food was good and service was good. Would go back to.

Fast service, good steak, friendly atmosphere. Waitresses were speedy and attentive. Will go again when in the area.

It's by the railroad tracks, the street is not paved, but be ready for a surprise for great sandwiches and can beer.

If you like an eclectic atmosphere with good home cooked meals try the tavern it is an icon in southern Iowa.
