This is a nice section of land along Lake Macbride. The trails are nice and there are lots of nice camping spots. The University of Iowa maintains a raptor rescue facility here that is definitely worth a visit.

We came here to camp for the Iowa homecoming, and were quite pleased with the campsite. It was full of beautiful trees, the spaces were level, and the water and electrical hook ups were very well located. We will be back!
