The Orpheum Theater has been a downtown Sioux City landmark for generations. The restoration efforts transformed this attraction into an impressive facility with glittering chandeliers and a staircase worthy of a royal entrance. One time I went here for a circus. It was great. It was a Chinese circus in fact. There are lots of Chinese people doing lots of Chinese things that was very funny.

This place is a good place to watch a show. Watch out for steps if you are in top section. Very steep and little light. Tickets for shows are pricey. I would definitely see another performance there.

I was able to visit the Orpheum after leaving sioux city in the 80's. The theatre is beautiful and we'll worth the visit.

I would sit on the sides of the balcony. Love the area-great seats.
