Free admission to this eclectic collection. The museum is in a nice, modern building with beautiful stairs or an elevator if you need it. The permanent collection was average, but there was a special exhibit of high school students’ work that was phenomenal. The friendly...More

I'm not sure that I knew Sioux City had an Art Center. It's a nice looking facility from the outside. The silly French Fry sculpture designed back in the late 70's has been moved to this location. There are a dozen outdoor sculptures that are...More

This building is so big from the outside that we expected more on the inside. There were only three small galleries and not a lot of variety. It was a free museum, though, so we’d can’t complain.

There is not a ton of art here but what they have is nice and it is free. The children's area can provide hours of fun when you need to use up some energy and creativity.

The building is more impressive than their collection, but we enjoyed our visit. The visit is also free, which doesn't hurt. Found out there are $10 painting classes on Sundays. I may go back for that!

There is quite a variety if art work and displays at this venue. It's not huge, but the layout is nice. They have local artist and photographers work. Info about each piece and it's artist. Sculptures and a children's section which is interactive. There are...More
