Have been a season ticket holder for many years. The state-of-the-industry facility is excellent plus has an adequate camping area only a short walk or trolley ride to the gate. NASCAR, INDY CAR, USAC, and others race during the 3 or 4 weekends per year. The races are typically competitive and bring good value for the money. Racing is not... More

Iowa Speedway is a 7/8 of a mile short track that has variable banking to allow multiple racing grooves. The track usually hosts three race event weekends. It was designed by NASCAR driver Rusty Wallace and was the first race track to be designed with the SAFER barrier all the way around the track.

I Did the Rusty Wallace Racing Experience at Iowa Speedway and let me tell you, as a person that has been around racing my whole life (32 yrs) this was one of the best days of my life. The staff was amazing, my spotter was an absolute stud and allowed me to make passes outside the designated area because of... More

The parking went really well! They have a lot of people to direct traffic, so getting in and out wasn't as bad as we thought it would be. It reminded me of a fair with the food and activities inside the gates. We enjoyed the race, and we're not that into nascar. Our 8 year old got a little bored,... More

A great place to catch a race. Stock cars, trucks, and Indy cars will run here every season. Many of the races are development league races such as the K&N Pro Series, but the Xfinity series races here regularly too. Billed as the fastest short track in the nation, it is 7/8th of a mile but banked like a speedway... More

Unfortunately the crowds are small so no to little shopping here, but lots of fair type foods and drinks and great viewing for a race. Nice people working here.

I took my son to his first Indy car race this month at the Iowa Corn 300 and he enjoyed it. The pit tour is awesome. Got to see them get the cars ready for the race. As we watched the race, a man sitting next to us had an extra headset and let my son listen to the racing... More

We recently revisited this track for an IndyCar race (went last in 2012). We remembered the track as friendly and fun - and nothing about that had changed. The workers were helpful and wanted to help us have the best experience possible. Our experience began when ordering the tickets and concluded with a shuttle to our parked car. Plenty of... More
