We stayed here for a week with family. We had a great time. Very well taken care of and clean camping facilities. There is train tracks running through the camp ground, but I really didn't notice them much. However some sites were very close to the tracks and might hear the train more. The cave was fun but a very short... More

We stayed in a Woodlands cabin 2 nights in mid-July. It was great and reasonably priced! The cabin slept 6 and included a microwave, small oven/stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker, pots/pans, glasses/cups, silverware, cooking & grilling utensils, firepit, charcoal grill, & picnic table. The porch also had a swing & rocking chair. The campground has a large playground for kids, a waterfall,... More

Camped two nights in tents.....sites were long and narrow. Hard to tell which sites were where; we set everything up and started a fire only to find out we were in the neighboring site and had to move EVERYTHING and start a new fire. Not our fault as another camper had fouled up the order earlier in the day by... More

A boat tour of a cave. It's a pretty tight fit getting in and out of it. There are parts where the ceiling is high enough to sit up but a lot of it is ducking. It's cool inside so bring a jacket. The tour guides are pretty knowledgeable and have some good jokes. The kids really enjoyed it but... More

It was fun and different. We were used to state park and national park cave tours were you can't touch anything in the cave, here you can touch and sometimes have to touch! If you are at all claustrophobic or are prone to panic attacks this is not for you! I can do cave tours and have gone on many... More

We were driving by on our way home from a trip, saw the sign, and decided to pull off and check it out. I thought it was going to be hoky, but you can actually take a 45 minute boat tour back into the cave and it's a nice tour for relatively cheap. The tour guide said the cave is... More

This is a boat tour in a cave. If you are claustrophobic I wouldn't recommend it. I found the tour informative. I don't really like caves, but my husband does and that's why we went. I prefer to not go into tight places. There were not bats, which was great, cause I hate bats too. All in all we were... More

A group of 5 of us took the cave tour. What a hoot! The guide was very informative and good at her job. I could see where younger kids might get a bit spooked on the tour, but for most, it's just a fun time. The overhead clearance is very low in places, part of the fun is leaning back... More
