Set in the heart of the countryside in the picturesque Halliloo Valley near Caterham, Woldingham Golf Club is conveniently located close to junction 6 of the M25.The stately clubhouse, in the style of a country mansion, houses a comfortable spike bar with patio area, spacious changing facilities and pro-shop. Wherever you look, there are lovely views of the course and surrounding countryside.

    We recently got married here and I can’t recommend it enough. Great location, beautiful inside area and outside area plenty of parking, beautiful view. It was my dream venue. Angie and the whole team are amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you. Massive thank you again for making our day so special x

    Amazing Wedding May 2020, perfect venue to tie the knot if you want a civil ceremony 💕
    I got married at Woldingham on 7th May 2022. The team were amazing (special thanks to Angie & Frankie) who made the day go smoothly. The food quality was amazing & everybody commented how lovely the venue & food was. We we’re originally meant to get married in May 2020 & the Woldingham Team we’re very helpful at moving our dates & securing original prices despite event happening 2 year after the original date.

    A great place for a private party in the hills of Surrey not far from London.
    We attended an event in the upstairs hall. The staff were welcoming and well trained, which is unusual for an hospitality venue these days. The food was well cooked, very tasty and appropriate for a sit down buffet at a birthday party. N.b. the bar is card only.

We recently got married here and I can’t recommend it enough. Great location, beautiful inside area and outside area plenty of parking, beautiful view. It was my dream venue. Angie and the whole team are amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you.

Well what can we say? Where do we start? My husband and I got married on Friday 14th October at Woldingham Golf Club, and it was truly the day of our dreams, mainly in part due to the fantastic staff at this dream venue. Angie, who I have been in contact with for four years, is the absolute best event coordinator. Nothing has been too much trouble, despite having to postpone three times due to covid. She has been in constant contact with me, keeping me updated all the way through the process and I’m going to miss talking with her! The venue itself is stunning! It totally made our wedding day vision come to life and we have had multiple complements on choosing such a beautiful venue. Then on to the staff on the day. Shana and her team were so professional, organised, and helpful on the day, making sure that along with our toast master everything went according to plan, which it did! Again nothing was too much trouble for them. We had the best party and the bar staff were even having a dance along with us. We honestly couldn’t have done it without them. If you are looking for a wedding venue that is picture perfect, this is the place for you. We just wish we could do it all over again! Love Mr and Mrs Beavis ❤️

Fantastic party venue

We hired the function room for a party for 70 guests and the whole experience was brilliant. The guests complimented the food and the staff could not have been more helpful. The setting is beautiful and quiet and we had a great party. having the balcony area as an additional space was excellent and added to the experience.

Fantastic Corporate Event Venue

We used the Woldingham Golf Club for our corporate event whereby we carry out test drives in electric vehicles.

The team at Woldingham Golf Club could not be more accommodating. Everything was well planned prior to the event and well managed on the day.

The team went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. We cannot thank them enough. Would highly recommend this venue and will definitely be back.

Really nice golf course in great condition. Greens run fast and true. Not a great deal of trouble so hard to lose a ball but that’s not necessarily a bad thing! Will definitely play again.

Great place on a sunny day

Surrey is a great place to be on a sunny day. The course and the surroundings ha e all you could what on a general golf course and club.

Nice rolling hills golf club with reasonable wide fairways and a length which is challenging but not over the top. Greens where in ok condition for the time of the year. Practice area was great with putting green, nets, chipping,short shots and long ball area. The longer ball area is the driving range which is uncovered.

Club house is in good condition and not too large if not many people are in.

Looks to be a great wedding venue as there was one going on when I was there it also overlooks a small lake. Plenty of parking as well. All in all a good day out.

We held our wedding celebration at WGC in May 2018. The event was a real success. Angie and Frankie are a great team helpful to organise, plan and run the occasion smoothly. Frankie was very responsive on the evening and his staff very keen to help. The venue is amazing in the sunshine. The food worked well, the hog roast was a good option with plenty of food for everyone that was served promptly. The room is a good size and creates a good atmosphere later on in the evening for a party. Thanks WGC! Mark and Sarah

Christmas Party Disaster

Had our Christmas Party here and it was a total disaster from start to finish, reception room where we gathered at the start was not even decorated for Christmas, just a dull bar area. Decorations began half way up the stairs. The starters were good, then waited for 45 mins for our main course, and they ran out of food, some of our party didn't even get a meal, They don't cook on the premises, pre-cooked food is ordered in. Then another 30mins wait for the desert. The tables were so packed in that to get to the dance floor we had to go out the room , down a corridor and back into the function room. DJ was past his sell by date, the only Christmas song he played was the last record of the evening, he had no idea how to get people up and enjoying themselves. All in all a total waste of money, we would never go back or recommend to anyone.
