Great service and great massage.

My husband gets us the couple massage annually. The experience is always a pleasant and relaxing one. I like the atmosphere and ambiance and the staff is very nice.

I have had many pedicures here and they are fantastic! I have had a massage and it was one of the worst I have had. Also had a facial the same day as the massage and it was VERY basic and nothing special at all. Everything is super clean!! I will go back 100%

I am a nurse in the area and loved this spa! I always looked forward to when I could treat myself to some much needed relaxation. I would consider myself both a good customer and tipper. During my last visit I had a facial and massage, my favorite combo. The massage was great! The facial was bizarre! I felt like... More

Stressful month at work. What a gem we found when attending a conference in Dubuque! Recommend Four Elements massage as a change from the routine. Also had facial which was relaxing and was able to add manicure at last minute! Very professional.

We received a couples massage while visiting the spa. The staff was fairly friendly, the spa was very relaxing, but I wish the robes were a little more accommodating to fit all sizes.

My daughter and I treated ourselves to a manicure and pedicure, but you would have thought we were there to spend tons of money on lots of services by the way we were treated! LOVE this place! The Spa is soooo beautiful and sooo relaxing! We were able to relax in this wonderful Zen room; comfy recliners, tasty drinks and... More

I'm local - I relish my massages. I get one here monthly. What I like most is their availability at the last minute. They are open into the evening and on Sunday. And if you get a massage, you can stay and use the hot tub and pool if you have time. Its quiet, there's a relaxation room for before... More

I enjoy all of their services, but probably what I love most is the relaxation room. The chairs are insanely comfortable! The spa music, warm fireplace, hot tea, and smell of lavender make this heavenly!

My husband and I were staying the night at Hotel Julien when I decided I wanted a massage. I called down to the spa and they were very helpful and worked me in for a massage for the next morning. I'm sure your'e thinking- well that's their job. True, but there was no attitude or annoyance that I have gotten... More
