It was a very nice to walk around and check out all of the art. There were some neat pieces. What i loved is that you could use your phone to find out about the art pieces. This would be a nice place to have a picnic.

The sculpture park is about 2 city block rectangle. Some very interesting artwork to be seen. Fun to see if you can find your initials together on the largest of the pieces and probably the centerpiece of the park. I found mine! Worth a quick walk around.

One of the highlights of our day in Des Moines. The weather was nice, the sculpture collection was interesting,my kids got to run around, and the garden is surrounded by lively cafes and such. Great photo ops here. FREE.
