This is a great gem in the quad cities. John Bloom exhibit was nice, the Impressionists exhibit was first class and I was amazed they had found someone to underwrite the admission price to make sure everyone could see art. You won’t find this hospitality...More

Was in Davenport to see the Impressionist exhibit at the Figge. Tightly curated collection from the Brooklyn Museum of Art. Community sponsors unexpectedly covered admission fees while we were there. Overall a small, interesting local museum with a nice collection of regional art and a...More

We went to view the French Modernist art exhibit. Was disappointed in it. The advertised Monet and Manet. There was only one of each. A few Renoir and the rest were very obscure artists. The John Bloom "Close to Home" was much more interesting and...More

The building is in and of itself a spectacular work of art. The educational offerings for young and old are exceptional and instill an appreciation of art and the actual creation of art in the participants. The Figge exhibits are truly world class and not...More

Had a French themed dinner in the cafe followed by a tour of the museum, it was lovely! The food was mediocre but had a good experience and the view from the cafe was gorgeous until they pulled the shades.

The museum has many displays, including temporary ones. The one now is "French Moderns: Monet to Matisse..". It is just wonderful. The museum has a lovely gift shop and coffee bar/restaurant. It's a nice place to visit and a wonderful venue for the quad cities.

Admission for seniors 60 and over is $6.00. Sometimes a local corporation will underwrite free admission for a month or two but I think that's not in effect now. Their website has tons of info if you care to check it out... More

It really depends on what you want to see....I would say it takes at least 2 hours to see it all and enjoy the view of the Mississippi river.....
