The Putnam is a place where people connect with history and ideas by doing, making and experiencing. Our classes and special events are a great complement to our hands-on exhibit galleries. There is always something new to discover and something for everyone at the Putnam.

$17 for senior citizen admission was steep. Had there been fewer noisy students would have been able to better hear the audio guide and get closer to exhibits.

Nice exhibit with recordings as walked through. Harder to keep attention for younger kids. Lots of hands on exhibits for kids in the rest of the museum. My kids would have loved it. Ages 8 and 13.

We all had such a wonderful time. This children's museum was everything we would look for in a children's museum. Tons of fun and a great hands-on learning experience.
