Great location but many tenants have left for the Manawa Power District or closed entirely. Too bad! I would rather walk the mall than drive to each store in Manawa.

No stores open that are worth a crap. I would say that 90% of the floor space is empty. The only reason I go is to walk in the winter for exercise.

Not worth stopping. There are about 6 stores up and going in the whole mall. Just a lot of closed up spaces.

Whenever I have time on my hands this is a very good place to go for shopping! But the Mall of Bluffs does need more shops!

OK. But needs more stores. Not worth a long drive but decent if you live near it. Needs more stores with better prices and more events.

This use to be quite a shopping mall in its hay day but now there is a huge mall over by Lake Manawa that has many stores and specialty shops. Th anymore.is mall just can't compete
