Though it was a little hard to find, we definitely enjoyed our visit! The memorial is quaint and the view is fabulous. Something you must go see!

As I stood enjoying the view of Iowa to Omaha, Nebraska, I couldn't help but wonder what the landscape looked like when Lewis and Clark came through the territory. I thought the monuments were a very nice tribute to Lewis and Clark.

You truly can feel the spirit of the explorers Lewis and Clark looking out over the Missouri River. There's no better views of Omaha than from Council Bluffs!

Not many people visiting on a Saturday, so it is a nice quiet place to enjoy some hiking. Beautiful views!

Definitely worth a visit. The views are spectacular and the setting very peaceful. Bring a picnic and relax. Watch all the planes take off from Eppley.

Great views of the Missouri River and the airport (Eppley) Fun to watch the planes taking off and landing. Be award of surroundings as this is an isolated park and not well patroled.

Visiting this park has been on my bucket list for a long time. You see, my grandfather, Harry E. Stinson, was the artist who designed and created the monument in 1936. The City of Omaha hired me to do a 3D street painting for one of their outdoor events, and I realized that it was very close to this park,... More
