This is a nice, relaxing park in downtown. There a various squirrel statues that make the park fun and whimsical. The fountain is pretty, and I bet beautiful when lit at night.

Very nice Christmas light display in downtown Council Bluffs at Bayliss Park in the evening - not sure when the lighting commenced or will end but I believe it can be viewed till a few days after New Years

I am not 100% certain that there is a set date yet for the fountain to be turned on - Usually this occurs towards the end of April as out last freeze is usually somewhere around the 1st of May - It may also be tied to the CB... More
