I was a little skeptical of going here since my kids are a little older (especially my 9 year old), but they loved this children's musuem! Not only did we spend 2 1/2 hours there, we had to drag them out because we had to head home. That's a good sign of a great time for sure! My older 2... More

At first I had no intention of wanting to go to here because it was to "childish", but once I saw the amazing actives I thought it was amazing. I loved the fake pizza place and the farm, it really did have you learn in a fun way. I FULLY recommend this.

While we were in town for a baby shower, we took our 3 year old and 9 month old here to kill a few hours. Both of them loved it. There is a little town set up where the kids can play pretend and there is a costume for every occupation. There are indoor and outdoor water tables, a farm... More

My kids loved the pretend play. There are so many things to do. I especially loved the phone lines to call different areas. I would call different shops and the kids would answer and I would order a pizza from the pizza shop and ask for mail at the post office. It was fun.

When our kids were younger, they LOVED Family Museum. I stopped in there this week to meet with director on business. I can't believe how many new things they've added. It's an incredible place for kids to learn and explore. The Quad Cities is fortunate to have it!

We have a family membership for the grandchildren and go at least twice a month. They are 3 years old, 5 years, and 6 years. The space has activities for all ages, however, most are geared to younger than 5 years old. The Think Shop is fun for older children but there are only 9 work areas so it gets... More

Took my three children (10,2,1) and my 8 year old nephew and everyone had a good time! My 10 year old was ready to go after 2 hours but I think he was hesitant to enjoy due to his age The other three kids would have stayed all day had I let them! The two youngest were mesmerized with the... More

The last time I was here there was major construction going on. One of my and my little guy's favorite areas (the music room) was no longer available--which was a bit of a disappointment. The ThinkShop is always a fun time. There are lots of areas for children to learn in, but hopefully the museum takes time to get all... More

Discover, play and learn together as a family. There are plenty of activities for anyone age 1 to 101! We spent several hours playing in the pretend grocery store, on the farm and outside. There are classes my 6 yo can take too! Well worth the money and time spent!
